In order to be able to help you as quickly as possible, we will be happy to analyze the reported issue on your computer remotely. Of course, remote control is carried out in consultation with you.
Remote maintenance is carried out using our "TeamViewer" and "Splashtop" tools, which you should start and run in advance. You can download the tool you wish to use for remote maintenance by clicking on the corresponding button.
