Exchange Online

Microsoft Exchange Online is your e-mail server in the cloud. It supports the features you are already accustomed to from Exchange Server on-premises. This means that you can access e-mails, calendars, contacts and tasks via this service. In Exchange Online, there are some interesting new features that we would like to introduce to you.

SharePoint Online

SharePoint Online is a versatile service – among other things, content can be stored and shared centrally. Websites are created for this purpose that can be freely designed by the user. SharePoint Online supports data and document management in the cloud. Dynamic team websites in SharePoint make it easier for project groups and departments to collaborate because files, data, and news can be shared within a team. OneDrive for Business

OneDrive for Business is the central cloud repository in Office 365 where personal files and documents can be stored. Files stored in OneDrive can be released and shared with other users. Skype for Business

Skype for Business is a short-message service optimised for daily business activities. With the Skype client, employees can chat with each other, but also with people who do not work in the same company. What's special about Skype for Business – screen transmissions are supported. This way, presentations can be held via Skype or remote support can be provided. Another advantage is that files of any size can be transferred directly with the chat function.

Office apps

Use Office apps to make use of familiar programmes from the Office Suite. These include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. With Office 365, more applications are available – for example, you can use Skype for Business and OneNote. In addition to the classically installed applications, these programmes are also available in the online version. Azure AD

Azure Active Directory is an enterprise identity provider that can be used, among other things, to sign up for other cloud services. This allows third-party vendors to use Office 365 credentials without disclosing them to the vendor. Teams

Microsoft Teams is the hub for performing teamwork in Office 365. Here you can communicate with employees and exchange data. Teams can be connected to various Office 365 services such as OneNote or Planner and then shared. The advantage: All relevant information is stored in teams at one central location.

Forms

Microsoft Forms is a service used to create forms such as surveys or polls. Every Office 365 user (with Microsoft Forms license) can easily create such a form. Various settings can be made for a form. This way, it can be determined that a person may cast a vote only once or that a vote can be cast anonymously. The results of a form can be viewed by the owner in real time. The integrated analysis functions of Forms support the evaluation process. The results are presented in clear diagrams.

PowerApps

PowerApps is a tool that allows developers and non-technical users to develop apps. Establish a connection to data from the cloud and create your own app – without having to write code. The apps access and use data in Office 365.

Flow

Microsoft Flow gives you access to a toolbox that links Office 365 services. This makes it possible to automate workflows for apps and services. Various triggers initiate certain actions that are mapped in Flow. This way, services are linked together, and automated processes are built that are activated with a command or a specific event.

Stream

Microsoft Stream is a video streaming service integrated with Office 365 that lets you upload, view, share, and manage company-related videos. Stream also includes many smart features such as face recognition, automatic subtitle generation and detailed search for spoken words.

Planner

The task organisation tool Planner is an interface that you can use for yourself or your team. Planner supports the organisation of common tasks and projects by creating plans and assigning tasks. Each plan contains its own overview in which you can arrange the tasks, for example, by status, category, or processor.

Bookings

Microsoft Bookings supports you in online scheduling processes with your customers and is a simple alternative to the classic appointment by telephone. The portal is linked to the calendars of your employees and automatically provides information on when an appointment is available. When the booking is completed, the date is noted in the calendar of the respective employee and is no longer available for customers.

Delve

Microsoft Delve is a tool that simplifies the search for files in Office 365. It allows you to search and retrieve your data, which is stored in the various Microsoft products, from one central location. It combines the search function of Office 365 with elements from social networks. Delve has a discovery function that alerts users to potentially relevant files. The relevance of the data is assessed on the basis of relationships and previous activities among individuals.

Lockbox

With Office 365 Customer Lockbox, you know exactly who is accessing your data and when. For instance, if you have a technical problem and a Microsoft technician needs access to Office 365 data, you first have to confirm an access request. If you do not confirm the request, access is not possible.

Threat Intelligence

Office 365 Threat Intelligence lists the attacks on your business. You can see at a glance which hazards threaten your company and which users are particularly affected. This enables you to take effective action against security gaps and prevent risks.

MyAnalytics

MyAnalytics gives you an overview of your personal working behaviour. Data from various Office 365 services is used to create analyses of your work behaviour. With these analyses, you can set goals and increase your productivity.

eDiscovery

With eDiscovery in Office 365, in the event of a litigation, you can back up different areas in Office 365 to submit them to court proceedings. This backup can affect specific users or specific areas in Office 365. End users do not notice this backup.

Power BI

The business intelligence solution Power BI evaluates data from all areas of a company or organisation. This processed data can be personalised and displayed in a dashboard. Dashboards provide users with an all-encompassing view of business data. Thanks to the hundreds of connections to business applications, creating such a dashboard is very easy for the user.
