Skype for Business is a short-message service optimised for daily business activities. With the Skype client, employees can chat with each other, but also with people who do not work in the same company. What's special about Skype for Business – screen transmissions are supported. This way, presentations can be held via Skype or remote support can be provided. Another advantage is that files of any size can be transferred directly with the chat function.
Use Office apps to make use of familiar programmes from the Office Suite. These include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. With Office 365, more applications are available – for example, you can use Skype for Business and OneNote. In addition to the classically installed applications, these programmes are also available in the online version. Azure Active Directory is an enterprise identity provider that can be used, among other things, to sign up for other cloud services. Microsoft Teams is the hub for performing teamwork in Office 365. Here you can communicate with employees and exchange data. Microsoft Forms is a service used to create forms such as surveys or polls. Every Office 365 user (with Microsoft Forms license) can easily create such a form.
